Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification may result in account suspension and the forfeiture of any balance.

All financial transactions on bk65 are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). All deposit methods must be in your own name — bk65 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts.

Withdrawals are processed to the same channel used for deposit where possible. • Credit cards and cryptocurrency are not accepted as deposit or wagering payment methods

• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes or exploit software errors
• Using fraudulent, stolen or third-party payment methods
• Opening more than one account or assisting others to circumvent these restrictions
• Engaging in any form of money laundering or other financial crime
• Providing false identity information during registration or KYC verification
• Collusion with other players in a way that unfairly distorts game outcomes

bk65 cooperates with relevant authorities in the Philippines in matters of fraud and financial crime. Activity flagged as suspicious may be reported to the appropriate bodies without prior notice to the account holder.

bk65 reserves the right to close or suspend any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Confirmed or suspected fraud, collusion or money laundering activity
• Provision of false identity or payment information
• Extended account inactivity where the balance falls below the minimum threshold

Where an account is closed due to a violation, outstanding balances may be withheld pending investigation. bk65 will communicate the reason for closure where it is lawful to do so.
